No. If you already have a Texas learner’s permit, you do not need this course. Instead, you should complete the Impact Texas Drivers course before taking your road test:
• Ages 18+: Take the Impact Texas Adult Drivers (ITAD) course
• Under 18: Take the Impact Texas Teen Drivers (ITTD) course
Both are required by DPS and can be found at: https://impacttexasdrivers.dps.texas.gov/

Required Before Road Test – But Not Enough Alone
✔️ Free 1-hour course (choose ITTD if under 18, or ITAD if 18+)
✔️ Certificate emailed immediately after completion
